What if earning more didn't mean working more hours?

Channel 01 · Richard

His story

I started with no previous experience, without a massive network, and without being the most naturally confident person in the room.

Before starting this, I worked as an electrician and regularly found myself working extremely long days.

When I first started, it wasn’t only about earning more money. More than anything, I wanted more control over my time.

I wanted something I could build alongside what I was already doing, without taking a huge financial risk.

His team

Ordinary people. Different backgrounds. Real stories.

People at different stages, on purpose. Each person gets a clip, a few lines in their own words, and the story of what changed. Ages appear only where the person has agreed.

04Zoe, 40Family support worker

I help families for a living and had nothing left over for mine. Richard showed me how to fit this round the school run, not the other way about.

CHANNEL 05Clip coming

Thirty years in IT and no intention of retiring quietly. I have heard every pitch there is; this one came with a real person who picked up the phone.

Term time leaves nothing over. Richard’s plan was an hour a night, and he meant an hour.
